This online roulette strategy is essentially the reverse of the Martingale system. You start with an initial bet (set a unit as you would in Martingale) and you double up your wager when you win instead of doubling up when you lose.
So, for example, say you started on an “even money” bet, lets say red, with a starting bet of 1 as your kick off unit. The roulette wheel is spun and the ball is thrown in the opposite direction. Red comes up- you win! So now you bet that you are going to hit a winning streak.
Next bet: 2 on red. If that wins, go for 4 on the following bet. If you lose, slip back to your original bet.
We tested this system at Betway:
The essential thing here is that you need a strict plan of how much you wish to accumulate on a winning streak before you call “Time” and restart the sequence back at your initial unit bet (1 in this case).
You can vary the increase after each win, but afficionados of this strategy tend to stick rigidly to their game plan. Their aim is to ride a streak of good luck and capitalise on it.
The amount that you bet will also depend on the type of bet, whether its red/black, a side bet etc. This will depend on the game played and the odds of the bet. The tactical amounts are not as key as your overall strategy- the essential thing is that you stick to your system and play with a method.
The plus side of this system is that you do not require a large amount of funds to run this roulette strategy, particularly if you start off low. The idea is that you let your profit run and you cut short your losses. Any big losses will be off previous wins, so that if you watch yourself and don’t go crazy on your initial bet, you have a degree of control on your spend.
The down side is that it is hard to stop- human nature will push you for one more round.
Remember- The Paroli System is a way of making your play more methodical and no more. It doesn’t alter your odds at roulette, but it can be fun to test out from time to time.
