3-1 System

“A gentler version of the Martingale. Bet the folowing profile after a loss: 1-1-1-4-8-16-32. The 4th bet claws you back into the black.”

Another Progression System, like the Martingale is the “31″ system.

This system has a slight difference. Instead of relying on a single win to recoup any losses, it relies on 2.The “31″ system is named after the total number of units in the progression.

The sequence ramps up as follows:

1-1-1-4-8-16-32

If you lose, progress along the seqence. You can see that is has been designed so that the first 3 bets 8 (if lost) are covered by the fourth bet in the series.

If you win, double you last bet, and if you win twice in succession, go back to the start of the system.

The system come with all the health warnings of any progression system- you will at some stage run out of room for manouevre for covering your bets due to the table limits. It’s very similar to the Martingale, except for the fact that it keeps your pulse rate lower on the first 3 bets (as these do not ramp up.)

Stick to the even money bets, and understand the pros and cons of the system before you wade in with your bankroll. By all means, use this to put some method in your play, but bear in mind that it does not alter the odds in your favour one iota.

Roulette strategy do any of them work? Can roulette be beaten at casino’s? I’ve come across the martingale system where you double up on your bets when you lose in order to win back your initial bet back. I know streaks of upto 10 are pretty common so I was thinking of maybe starting betting after there has been a streak of 4 reds or blacks etc and then start doubling on my losses. Occaisionally I will come across a streak of 10+ I know but if I lose 6 times, stop at that count that as a loss. Basically hoping that my wins will be more than my occasional big loss, has anyone tryed anything like this before, anyone won from it? I play european roul. so single 0 and if you do hit zero you get half your money back. Did you ever do it over a period of weeks or months say? Did Your wins weigh out your occaisional big losses would you say? Or did you just do it for those two nights you stated and left it at that?
